Progress on the Old Homestead. :-) Part One The Head

We have been making great progress recently on the Homesteader Axe. The head will be a beefy 4.7 ounces and the cutting edge will be right at 5 inches. Pictured here is an early prototype head used for assessing dimensions and calculating the ideal weight of our 4140 steel forging billets.
